Located within the historic center of Mazatlán, the Old Mazatlán Condominiums were completely renovated in 2008. It sits 1.5 blocks from the famous “Olas Atlas” Beach where the first tourists hit the “big waves” to sport fish and surf. Our owners are four blocks from the Plaza Machado which is lined with incredible restaurants that host nightly live music and are adjacent to a variety of small shops and juice bars. Old Mazatlán Condominiums is also only a few blocks from the Angela Peralta Theater and easy access to some local Museums and Galleries.

Undertone

The Old Mazatlán Condominiums present an unsurpassed vivid environment, both inside and out. We provide fully furnished and AIR CONDITIONED one and two bedroom units with either a tranquil blue Ocean front or a tropical green Court Yard view.
